中共中央政治局2025年11月28日就加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)治理進(jìn)行第二十三次集體學(xué)習(xí)。中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在主持學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)治理長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制，持續(xù)營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。

Presiding over the 23rd group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on November 28, 2025, Xi called for sustained efforts to cultivate a clean, healthy and sound online environment.

黨的十八大以來(lái)，我們把網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)治理擺在重要位置，不斷壯大網(wǎng)上主流價(jià)值、主流輿論、主流文化，有效打擊遏制網(wǎng)絡(luò)亂象，網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)總體向上向好。這些年的實(shí)踐讓我們深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到，抓網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)治理必須堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、堅(jiān)持人民至上、堅(jiān)持守正創(chuàng)新、堅(jiān)持法治護(hù)航、堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)觀念。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress in 2012, the Party has accorded high priority to cyberspace governance, continuously strengthening mainstream values, mainstream public opinion and mainstream culture on the internet, and effectively combating unhealthy online content and practices. As a result, the online ecosystem has generally been improving and becoming more positive. Our experience over these years has made us deeply understand that, to do a good job in cyberspace governance, we must uphold the Party's leadership, put the people first, break new ground while abiding by fundamental principles, uphold the rule of law, and apply systems thinking.
