2025年3月6日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平看望參加全國政協(xié)十四屆三次會議的民盟、民進、教育界委員，并參加聯(lián)組會，聽取意見和建議。習近平指出，建設高質(zhì)量教育體系，辦好人民滿意的教育，根本在于深化教育綜合改革。

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, visited national political advisors from the China Democratic League, the China Association for Promoting Democracy, and the sector of education, who were attending the third session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on March 6, 2025. Xi attended their joint group meeting, and heard their comments and suggestions. To develop a high-quality educational system that meets the people's expectations, the key lies in deepening comprehensive reform of education, said Xi.

黨的十八大以來，新時代教育事業(yè)取得歷史性成就、發(fā)生格局性變化。但是，快速發(fā)展的中國教育，還存在大而不強、發(fā)展不平衡、人才供需錯位、國家戰(zhàn)略人才培養(yǎng)不足等問題。當今世界正經(jīng)歷百年未有之大變局，我國正處于實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興關鍵時期，堅持以高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作為各級各類教育的生命線，是時代對教育的必然要求。教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是服務國家發(fā)展的要求，是辦好人民滿意教育的要求，也是順應數(shù)字技術發(fā)展的要求。現(xiàn)階段，各級各類教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的基礎是建設高質(zhì)量教育體系。高質(zhì)量教育體系是宗旨鮮明的體系，是立德樹人的體系，是學制健全的體系，是支撐強國建設的體系，也是服務生命全周期的體系。高質(zhì)量學前教育指向普及普惠科學優(yōu)質(zhì)發(fā)展，高質(zhì)量義務教育指向優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡和素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展，高質(zhì)量中等教育指向多樣化、特色化發(fā)展，高質(zhì)量高等教育指向全面提高人才自主培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，高質(zhì)量職業(yè)教育指向增強服務產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能力，高質(zhì)量終身教育指向構建服務全民終身學習的教育體系。

教育興則國家興，教育強則國家強。建設教育強國，是全面建成社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國的戰(zhàn)略先導，是實現(xiàn)高水平科技自立自強的重要支撐，是促進全體人民共同富裕的有效途徑，是以中國式現(xiàn)代化全面推進中華民族偉大復興的基礎工程。

When education in a country thrives, the country will thrive, and strong education makes a strong nation. Building a leading country in education serves as a strategic precursor of building a great modern socialist country in all respects, an important support for achieving greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology, an effective approach to promoting common prosperity for all, and a fundamental project to advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.
